At The Body Shop, we want you to love your naturally-inspired products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 45 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original condition and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
