Are The Body Shop products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We have never tested our products or ingredients on animals and we are Leaping Bunny certified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also track your status via the 'My Orders' section in your account.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-day return policy for most products. Items must be returned in their original condition, and proof of purchase is required for a full refund.
Do you offer vegan products?
Absolutely. While many of our products were already vegan, we are committed to being 100% vegan certified by The Vegan Society across our entire product range.
What payment methods do you accept?
